We accept returns for defective, faulty, or transit-damaged products only, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
If your product arrives damaged or is found to be defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number, details of the issue, and photographic evidence.
We will manage the repair, replacement, or refund process for verified defective items at no cost to the customer.
Due to the size, weight, and technical nature of industrial power equipment, all returns require prior written approval.
Do not ship any items back to us without receiving a written Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) and specific freight instructions from our team.
Unauthorised returns cannot be accepted and will be rejected at the delivery dock.
Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases once an order has been processed and shipped.
Order Cancellations / Pre-Shipment Returns: In the event that a return or cancellation is exceptionally approved for a non-defective item prior to dispatch or delivery, a non-refundable 10% restocking fee applies. This fee covers technical inspection, administrative overhead, and processing costs, and will be deducted from any agreed credit or refund.
We do not offer product exchanges. If you require a different product or capacity generator, a new order must be placed.
Once a defective return is received and inspected by our technical team to verify the fault, we will notify you regarding your refund approval. Approved refunds are processed back to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
